About the race
XTERRA Suzhou is an off-road triathlon held 29 October to 1 November 2026 in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. It is the first XTERRA event in Suzhou and is part of the XTERRA World Tour. The venues are the XTERRA Yuyang Bay Outdoor Sports Center on Lake Taihu and the Yuyang Mountain MTB Park. The elite prize purse is $30,000, and the event has 3 races and 56 World Cup slots.
The Short Track race (swim 400 m, bike 8 km, run 3 km) is an Elites Invitational on 30 October at Pan Men. Men start at 12:00 and women at 14:00. On 1 November the Full distance (swim 1.4 km, bike 26 km, run 9.5 km) starts at 08:30 for elites and 09:30 for age groupers. The Sprint (swim 700 m, bike 14 km, run 6.8 km) starts at 14:30 and also serves as a Youth B and Junior qualifier.
Athlete check-in is on 31 October from 09:00 to 20:30, with the race briefing at 16:30-17:00. Age group athletes in the Full, Relay and Sprint must be 20-69 years old by 31 December 2026. The event page shows registration as closed.
