About the race
XTERRA Austria takes place on 20-21 August 2027 in Altaussee, in the Salzkammergut region of Styria. The event is part of the XTERRA World Tour and offers 26 World Championship slots.
The Full Distance Triathlon covers a 1.5 km swim, 34 km bike and 10 km run. The Sprint Triathlon is 0.75 km, 17 km and 5 km, and the Super Sprint is 200 m, 6 km and 2 km. A 4K Charity Run and a Kids Run of 0.2-1.2 km are also on the programme.
The Kids Run and the 4K Charity Run are on Friday 20 August, at 17:00 and 18:00. The triathlons are on Saturday 21 August: Full Distance at 10:00, Sprint at 13:00 and Super Sprint at 15:00, all at the See Park. The organizer marks this schedule as not yet confirmed.
