The Summer Green Man Ultra

The Summer Green Man Ultra offers two race options: a 45-mile distance and a 30-mile distance. Both races use the same course, take place on the same day, and share the same checkpoints and finish line, but they start from different locations. For the Summer event, participants in both distances will navigate the course in a CLOCKWISE direction, contrasting with the Winter event's route. Runners who complete both the Winter and Summer 45-mile races in the same year will receive an exclusive GMU buckle. There are four buckles awarded based on their combined running time across both events: Sub 15 hours, Sub 18 hours, Sub 21 hours, and Sub 24 hours.
