About the race
Malvern Hills Ultra kicks off and concludes at Abberley Village Hall. Participants can choose among several race distances: 23, 31, 38, or 47 miles, with the 47-mile option featuring a total ascent exceeding 2,900 meters. The race commences at 7:00 AM and has a cut-off time of 8:00 PM, giving participants a maximum of 13 hours to finish. Navigation details: While the Worcestershire Way is well marked, participants must carry copies of our free downloadable maps and route directions available on our website. Additionally, a GPX file can be downloaded for use with a GPS device. Supporting racers, our 'Time Lords' will be running at predetermined paces of 11, 12, or 13 hours. Upon completion, finishers will be awarded an official MHU medal and can select either a technical MHU T-shirt, mug, or hat as a memento.
