The Grasslands Trail Runs

The race is held in the LBJ National Grasslands, an area maintained by the USDA Forest Service and the Friends of the Grasslands, a nonprofit organization. The trail system consists of five loops in a clover like trail that begin and end at TADRA Point. The trail is flat but slightly challenging as participants will experience a few rocky sections. The soft dirt is easy on the feet and knees, and many parts of the trail are shaded by trees.
