About the race
The Thames Path Ultra Challenge draws over 3,000 participants to walk, jog, or run along England's most famous river from Putney Bridge to Henley-on-Thames. The route passes through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede, and Windsor along the Thames Tow Path.
Distances range from 10 km to the full 100 km (continuous or 2-day option). Support includes marquee rest stops, medical/massage teams, GPS tracking, camping packages, free food/drink, and shuttle buses.
