Schwarzwald Marathon

The Black Forest Marathon, the world's oldest nature and women's marathon, is a legend and well known far beyond the borders of Europe. Since 1968, the Black Forest Marathon always takes place on the second weekend in October. You should just have run in Braunlingen! If not because of the long-standing tradition, then because of the small Zähringer town with its many attractions, right in the middle of the Black Forest.
