Run for Sri Lanka - Negombo Half Marathon

Run for Sri Lanka – Negombo Edition is the next leg of the running series following successful events in Galle and Colombo, which brought together more than 2,400 athletes for a shared cause. This edition takes place in Negombo, a coastal city known for its beaches, seafood, lagoon, fishing culture, and colonial heritage. The event starts and finishes at Kadolkelle Grounds and offers race categories for different fitness levels, including a 21.1 km half marathon, 10 km, 5 km, and 2 km fun run. Participants will run along Negombo’s beachfront route, combining fitness with a scenic coastal experience. Located close to Colombo with convenient highway access, Negombo offers participants and visitors the chance to explore local seafood, beaches, water sports, the lagoon, historic churches, the Dutch Canal, fish markets, and traditional fishing boats.
