Redwood Trail Run (Summer)

With a hilly and challenging course that takes runners through both Joaquin Miller Park and Redwood Regional Park just outside Oakland, the Cinderella Trail Run is actually run in both the spring and the late summer.The Cinderella Trail Run races follow an out-and-back course that starts and finishes in Joaquin Miller Park, a 500-acre park filled with groves of redwood trees and oaks as well as creeks and wetland areas, that lies just a few miles east of downtown Oakland.In addition to the trek through Joaquin Miller Park, the race takes runners also into nearby Redwood Regional Park, whose more than 1,800 acres contain both large forests of Sequoia trees as well as plentiful wildlife, from deer, rabbits, raccoons and squirrels to golden eagles that fly through the skies.Enjoy nature and all its offerings in this race!
