Khao Jook Dragon Trail – Rainy Season stands out with a compact field of under 1,000 runners, giving the race a focused and competitive feel. The course explores newly opened trails on the western side of Khao Jook Reservoir, with continuous climbs and technical descents across forest terrain. Expect steep elevation gains up to 1,500 m on the longest route, mixed with fast sliding sections and narrow jungle paths. The route loops around a landscape framed by 16 surrounding hills, delivering constant elevation changes rather than long flat stretches. Diff races are available for all levels, including a road-based cross-country option. Pre-race logistics are simple with one central basecamp, and the early start times help runners avoid peak humidity.
