About the race
Regardless of whether you are an elite runner or happy exerciser, whether you want to beat your personal best before the winter break or just jog around with a bunch of friends/colleagues. Jönköping 10K/5K offers a lovely atmosphere and a completely flat course in central Jönköping. The course is controlled by confederation measurers from the Swedish Athletics Federation and seeding for most races in Sweden and the rest of the world.
