The Halong Bay Heritage Marathon 2025 is Vietnam’s first and only marathon to receive the World Athletics Label Road Race, confirming its status as a top-tier international event. Recognized by Runner’s World UK as one of the Top 50 most beautiful marathon courses worldwide, the race is set against the iconic backdrop of Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Designed for speed, the course is fast, flat, and fully closed, supported by ideal November weather. These conditions have consistently delivered outstanding Personal Record results, making HBHM one of the most performance-oriented marathons in the region. In 2025, HBHM welcomed 14,000 runners, including 3,000 international participants from 70 countries, and featured the participation of Olympic silver medalist Lee Bong-ju, further reinforcing its international prestige and appeal.
