GravelMan Anjou

GravelMan Anjou is the inaugural GravelMan Series event in Maine-et-Loire, with the race starting from Beaulieu-sur-Layon. The event takes riders through the Anjou region, linking vineyards, the banks of the Loire, hillsides, rural roads and bucolic paths. Located about 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris and 30 minutes from Angers, it is organized with support from the Beaulieu Tourisme Animation association and Team GravelMan. The event offers ten formats, with Gravel and Road options over distances of just under 500, 350, 200, 120 and 60 kilometers. The 500 km route includes around 5,000 meters of elevation gain and is described as an expert course. The 350 km route has around 4,000 meters of elevation gain and is presented as a long-distance adventure. The 200 km format includes around 2,500 meters of elevation gain and is intended as an accessible entry into GravelMan. The 120 km and 60 km routes are accessible, with lower elevation gain.
