Ey up Its Baltic in Bridlington

The Sewerby to Bridlington Coastal Run is an out-and-back event starting near the cliffs behind The Ship Inn in Sewerby and following coastal paths and the paved promenade through Bridlington before returning to finish. The route is broadly flat and runnable, combining seaside vistas with straightforward navigation. The course is fully marshalled and clearly signed, with feed and drink stations provided at intervals; participants are asked to bring a reusable cup or bottle. The event holds Trail Running Association approval. Multiple race options are available, welcoming runners of varied goals and abilities.
