Participating in the Enschede Marathon means that you can cross the oldest and therefore very first marathon of the Netherlands and Western Europe off your list! The first edition took place in 1947 and in 2022 we have celebrated our 75th anniversary. The fast route and good facilities ensure fast finishing times. Run across the campus of the University of Twente, run the F35 (so called cycle highway) and run through the fantastic H.J. van Heekpark before finishing in the bustling city centre. 80,000 supporters will enthusiastically encourage you!
