RAISE Your Hearts Presents: Costumed Crawl 5K Trail Run/Walk Raising Awareness for Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month . Participate in person or virtually - run, walk, or crawl… do it in costume! This all-levels event is about moving with purpose, not perfection! Day of Registration: 8:30-9:30 AM Start time: 10 am at the Van Scott Nature Reserve (VSNR) - Delaware Highlands Conservancy. Costume Contest Alert! All registered participants in the 5K Trail Run/Walk or the Meditation Walk/Story Walk are eligible to win medals for: Funniest Cutest Most Creative Most adorable duo Best DIY Costume Swag: T-shirts and medals are available for the first 50 runners/walkers.
