Catania Marathon

The Catania Marathon returns with an even more engaging and spectacular edition, ready to transform the Etna coastline into a huge open-air stage. Departure from Catania's Playa : the heart of the event beats on the sea, with a route that runs entirely along the coast, amid the scent of the salty sea air, the open horizon, and the unique scenery dominated by Mount Etna. Three distances are scheduled: 10.5k, 21k, and 42k... all along a flowing and picturesque course, ideal for those aiming for a personal best or those wishing to experience the magic of their first marathon. A completely flat course, bathed in the light and colors of the Catania coast, where every step is accompanied by the energy of the sea and the warmth of the crowd. La Playa transforms into a true sports village: music, cheering stands, entertainment, and a festive atmosphere that brings together athletes, families, and fans for a day of sport and sharing.
