Austin Reardon Memorial 5K Road Race- Third Annual

Lace up your sneakers and join us for a day of fun, community and giving back! You're invited to the third annual Austin Reardon Memorial 5K Walk/Run (AR5k) – a joyful and meaningful event that brings the community together to celebrate the life and legacy of Austin Reardon, a proud member of Norwood High School Class of 2019. More than just a race, the AR5K is an opportunity to make a lasting difference. Every dollar raised supports the Austin Reardon Foundation Scholarship Fund, which awards scholarships to graduating Norwood High School seniors who embody Austin's generosity, kindness, and spirit. Every participant receives a pair of exclusive AR5K socks , and for every registered runner or walker, the Foundation donates a new pair of socks to the Pine Street Inn . Over the past two years, the AR5K community has donated 950 pairs of new sock s, and this year we hope to contribute 450 more pairs t o those in need. As an added bonus, the fi rst 100 registrants will receive a free race t-shirt. When you participate in the AR5K, your registration supports two important causes: Providing scholarships to deserving Norwood High School students. Donating new socks to individuals experiencing homelessness through the Pine Street Inn. The race begins and ends at the Knights of Columbus on Nichols Street and follows a scenic residential course near Norwood High School. Whether you run, walk, or simply come to support the cause, you'll enjoy music, food, raffles, and a welcoming community atmosphere that Austin would have loved. Run for Austin. Walk for Austin.
