ATW Grafham Water - Trail & Canicross

Discover a scenic 10-mile trail run at Grafham Water, circling the reservoir on a fast, varied route. The course begins on the iconic dam for a rapid start, then follows well-maintained lakeside paths through the Woodland Nature Reserve, past Dragonfly Pond and around Sanctuary Bay, before a memorable final mile along the dam wall back to the finish. Expect broad water views, gentle undulations, and an atmosphere that suits both seasoned racers and first-timers. Canicross participants are welcome. Run with your dog in a separate wave set off before the main field for safety. Dogs must remain on a lead at all times and use a recognised dog harness. Water bowls will be available at the water stations, with dog treats waiting at the finish.
