2026 Cal Tri Charlottesville - 8.30.26. Swim, bike and run in Charlottesville located in Central Virginia approximately 100 miles southwest of Washington, D.C. and 70 miles northwest of Richmond. This race starts with a pool swim which is very beginner friendly for athletes who are testing the waters for the first time. 12 EVENT OPTIONS. 6 Sprint distance events (Triathlon, RunBikeRun, SwimBike, SwimRun, 400 yard Swim & 5K Run) and 6 Youth Sprint distance events (Triathlon, RunBikeRun, SwimBike, SwimRun, 400 yard Swim & 5K Run).
